Cancellation & Returns Policy
At EthnicDivine.com, we aim to make your experience delightful from the moment you browse until long after your order arrives.
We have a 7-day return/exchange/replacement/damaged policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange/replacement/damaged.
Once the return/exchange/damaged/replacement product is received it will be inspected and the return/damaged/exchange/replacement will be delivered within 2 days
To ensure clarity, here’s our full cancellation and refund policy:
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel any non-Ready-to-Ship item within 24 hours of placing the order. We will issue a 100% refund, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Orders marked as Ready-to-Ship are not eligible for cancellation, because these are dispatched quickly (within 24 hours) after ordering.
If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours of confirmation (for non-Ready-to-Ship items), such cancellations will be considered on a case-to-case basis by our Customer Care team.
We aim to process cancellation requests within 2 business days after receiving them, and will send you email confirmation of the cancellation.
Delays or Stock Issues
If an order is delayed due to stock unavailability or other unavoidable issues, we will contact you. Your options will include:
a) Choose a different product, or
b) Receiving a full refund (product cost + shipping).
If you cannot find a suitable alternative, you will be provided with a full refund.
After Delivery: Returns & Complaints
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item was delivered, please report the issue to us within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery (for items outside of repair; see defect/wrong item cases).
• Sale items are not eligible for return except when there is a defect or wrong item.
Do not ship the product back yourself. Once your return request is accepted, EthnicDivine.com may arrange a pickup from your address through our logistics partner. In rare cases, where it may not be possible to arrange a reverse pick up, we may ask the customer to send it back to us.
How to Return Items
Inform EthnicDivine.com by contacting Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery, sharing photos if required.
We will review and send you a Return Authorization (RA) confirmation within 2-3 business days.
Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a doorstep pickup. Please ensure original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
Hand over the product to the courier at the scheduled pickup time.
Once we receive the product back, our team will inspect it to verify the defect, error, or issue.
Remedies & Refunds
After inspection, we will offer one of the following options based on what you prefer and what is feasible:
- Replacement of the item (same or equivalent value)
- Refund of order value
If the error was on our part, pickup/return shipping costs will be borne by EthnicDivine.com.
Refund Process & Payment Modes
Refunds will be initiated shortly after the returned item is inspected and confirmed.
Mode of refund will typically match the original payment method (bank/credit card, etc.) and will be refunded within 5-7 business days
Estimated times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Other Terms
Any free shipping or free stitching offers that applied to the order may have their costs deducted from your refund if those services were availed.
Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (for international orders) imposed by local authorities are not refundable.
